Pain in the shoulder can also be a reflection of the facet joints of the cervical spine or the radiative pain owing to nerve compression in the nerve tissue. In the malfunctioning of the lowermost joints in the cervical spine as well as in the highest joints of thoracic spine, there is often pain in the shoulder region.
